Refund policy

Warranty All Furvelo products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt. If a product develops a fault within this period, we'll provide a refund or a replacement.

Faulty products If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description (photos or video help us resolve it faster). Once assessed, we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Unopened products We accept returns of unopened, completely sealed products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original, fully sealed packaging.

Change of mind We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or unsealed products.

How to start a return Email us at tom@furvelo.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
